    Poor customer service

    We initial bought a brunette male pigeon. We were happy with him overall. After nearly a year, we decided to purchase a mate for him. We ordered a female blondinette. A few days before our new bird was to ship, our current bird, the “male” unexpectedly laid an egg! I emailed asking to please change our bird we ordered to a male as they had mistakenly sent us the wrong sex on the first bird. I see there is a policy no orders can be changed within 7 days of ship date. However, there was ZERO response at all to my emails and when I called, the person did not even make an attempt to help fix the problem. So now we have two females. Unless it ends up they mess up the sex on the second bird as well. Very disappointed.
