    Terrible Purchase

by Tim Moquin on Jan 28, 2025

This door only lasted 6 months. Now doesn’t work at all. Tried to contact customer service to get no reply. Would not waste time or money on such a poor product with no customer service.

    CoopSecure Chicken Door

by Thomas Dillon on Jul 14, 2024

The door and materials are very good. The computer not so much. I've twice had batteries die with no notification on the screen and lost chickens. But now I found by accident that the clock was resetting itself randomly and I've lost half my flock this week because it's suddenly saying it's 10 am when it's midnight and opening the door. I'm very, very frustrated. I've just locked it shut and taken out the batteries and I'm manually letting them out in the morning and shutting up the coop at night. Unfortunately, the area predators are now alerted to our flock so the battle is on during daytime too.
