    Very good piece of equipment. worked great for our 100 birds. Just give plenty of time to heat up and away you go. Held temp and kept the plucker busy.

    Good investment foe meat bird processing

    We got to use this scalder for the first time today to process 20 cornish cross meat birds. This machine is worth every penny. We used to use a propane turkey fryer and the temperature would always creep up. U set this scalder to 150 and it will stay at 150. The only downside of this scalder is it takes awhile to get to temperature. It took around 1.5 hours to get up to temperature so make sure when u are setting up get this machine going first.
