    Great unit, Bad sensors

    I purchased this unit paired with the 380 incubator. they are sleek sexy and easy to use. i was very successful with several hatches until the main sensor went out and started throttling the heat to 105.2 then down to 95.5. lost one hatch, then strombergs replaced the unit. Joyce were so kind and super helpful in my panic. I had just orders a large shipment of very expensive hatching eggs the week my hatcher went out. unfortunately the next unit did the same thing. after speaking with RCOM USA. they are re-working the sensor for the next gen of these units and they will be backwards compatible for the previous generation. All in all i returned everything, but still look forward to doing future business with Strombergs.
