Description
This egg washer is designed to give the maximum washing efficiency to the small scale egg producer. The fiberglass tank has a tremendous advantage in the area of cleanliness. All four corners have been rounded, as well as, a tapered bottom to provide easy cleaning and also provide ample drainage. A specially designed motor has been mounted directly to the top of the machine. From the motor, an extended shaft connects the motor to the agitator that circulates the water halfway down the washer. This strategic positioning provides maximum cleaning capacity due to even distribution of water on the plastic egg tray rack. This new method of cleaning eliminates the bearing unit, which has been very troublesome in various other models. Please specify the desired wattage/voltage upon ordering. The egg washer tub is now designed to accept both the Egg Tray Rack, as well as, the large egg basket. Please note that when using the egg washing trays, an empty tray must be inserted at the top to safely secure the eggs during the cleaning process. The washer tub is also fully equipped with a drain assembly and a very durable lock-in caster wheels. Please also note that the top of the unit is equipped with a cover surrounding the entire perimeter. This is a safety measure to prevent any water from splashing out of the unit. 220 volt version requires 220V electrical hook-up.
