I've purchased both these and the yellow ones from Stromberg's. These do not hold up to the dishwasher and start to deform in the middle over time. That, and when they have a full load of eggs in them they sag so you have to be extra careful or you end up with a mess. Because of how they've warped over time they also don't stack as well. I've had none of these problems with the yellow ones.
so far these flats have held up to production-farm use and re-use as well as exposure to heat, sun, and cold.
